Please note that all bookings must be paid in full before arrival. A reservation is confirmed only after the required payment has been received and written confirmation has been issued by Epic Collection
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 14 days of the arrival date - 100% will be charged.
Cancellations within 14 -21 days of the arrival date – 50% will be charged.
A cancellation before 21 days of the arrival date, the hotel will take a decision depending on the booking situation and period of stay.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. The date and time at which Epic Collection receives the written request will be used to determine the applicable cancellation charge.
Where a refund is approved, bank charges, payment-processing fees, and currency-conversion costs may be deducted from the refundable amount. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.
By making payment, the guest confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this cancellation policy.
